Hours are by appointment, but generally I'm open and available from 11 am to 7 pm seven days a week. Please call me before coming, chances are that I am working in the shop, but I may have gone to see a client or am otherwise unavailable, call me first! If you have transportation or mobility issues, let me know that as well. I regularly go see clients who are too busy, can't drive, or otherwise can't get to me.

Costs are low by avoiding claims processing, 3rd party conglomerates, algebraic co-pay formularies and lab restrictions. Eyeglasses are fabricated on site and payment is made when eyeglasses are delivered. If your insurance provider allows for "out of network" claims, an Eyeglasses for Everybody LLC receipt suffices for reimbursement. Business license number, Optician's license number, NPI number, and county/ municipality business licenses are prominently displayed and provided when requested.
Eye exams are not provided. A current Rx or a current pair of prescription spectacles for duplication (neutralization) is required for services. An annual thorough eye exam (92004/92014) is highly recommended from a licensed Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.
